I'm in New england, so this is what I decided to do with my off season months. Its starting to get warm out, so I gotta get on the ball soon. Hopefully getting things all wrapped up within the next 2 weeks. Time will tell

Lots has been done in the past few weeks... All of my welding is done, the gas tank, oil tank, seat, fender, fender struts, chain tensioner and much more is all finished. The only thing left to finish is the wiring, which is about a full days work. I have started to do it, but can not focus due to so many other things going on right now. Here are some newer pictures to show some progress.
Fender struts made by me, my brother and welding courtesy of a good friend of mine.
Some welds cleaned up by myself on the fender bungs.
Other than that, it was the same process for the rest of the parts. I won't show pictures of everything as its not very exciting to show. I did document everything so in the event that I sell the bike, the future owner will be able to see the craftsmen ship in every weld etc. So one with some pictures of it getting closer to being finished...

New tank mounted and painted.

A few new pics... I have put about 100 miles on the bike so far with lots of short rides. No issues to report other than the metal chain tensionser/chain combo is a lot louder than the belt drive, that's for sure. Its the nature of the beast though, which was expected. Over all I am very happy with it thus far. Still plenty to do, but now its all day projects that won't have the bike down for any extended period of time.
