Default 2010 Forty-Eight vs. 2011 Forty-Eight

Hey guys, I'm looking at 2 Forty-Eight's and one is a 2010 and the other is a 2011. I'm just wondering if there is any differences between them.

(I don't want this to turn into a forty-eight bash thread...that's cool if you don't like it...just don't tell me about it.)

I think new color options is the only change for 2011.

Nope, no difference. Love the bikes, though.

The 2010 should cost you a bit less,,,
assuming they are both new,,no miles,,,
I'd try for 500 less and be happy with 250,,
That bike Is in demand.

There is a non esthetic change that was brought to my attention by the people at Dakota digital, the signal that is sent to the speedometer is different between the 01 and 11.
I'm not exactly sure what that means, but even the ECM has a different part number.
