I got the 12.5" Mustang vintage solo NOT the wide 14" one.
I'm 6' tall 195 Lbs nekkid,,37" waist, Inseam,,,dunno but Im long legged.
33" I think.
The sides of this seat don't hang over the side covers like the 14 wide
My Oil dipstick comes up without hitting the seat..
37" waist and the seat holds all my backside with none to spare,,
If I had a 39 or 40" waist or a bunch of *** I'd want the Wide model.
My Wife says a Got a Narrow azz.
My Stock seat Is Hangin in the closet,,new,, when I git some coin to throw away I'm gonna have It re done with Hi density foam, maybe
some memory foam over that.
Thats the secret of the Mustangs,,,SUPER good foam
Look at C&C seats. They look like part of the bike instead of an over stuffed piece of leather. You want the seat to be low profile and follow the lines of the bike with sporties. Mustang seats are pretty good comfort wise but if you want looks and comfort then call Chuck at C&C.
I am a lady rider (logged in my husbands ID, don't have my own yet) and I have the LePera bare bones, I love it. I know most say it is uncomfortable, but I must have enough "natural" cushion that I think it is great.
