I'm thinking about doing the same thing. My HD Dealer is telling me to go with the Screamin Eagle. I am interested in reading the replies to your post.

The Screaming Eagle is the best "bang for the buck" A/C. It uses the stock "ham can" and just replaces the element and back.

I got the SE along with the SE slip-on pipes. Doing both required a fuel remap download. The performance boost was awesome. It is like riding a whole different bike.

Been looking at A/C the last two weeks and it seems like the best bang for your buck is the SE Stg 1. You keep the stock outer cover, so if you're not worried about looks and just performance.....can't beat it.

Thank you sir. Every time I would do a search I would come up with the cone looking intakes.
