I like the look but at 5'7 i don't think im that short. Is the ride choppy? Thats a common complaint i have heard about the Lowrider.

At your height, you should be able to ride anything up through the Softtail line. You should also find a dealer that will let you do demo rides, so you can pick one you feel most comfortable on.

The suspension one the SuperLow is the best factory setup in the Sportster line. The new setup gives you the suspension travel of the taller Sportys with the ride height of the lower ones.

I've had my Nightster for about 3 years now. Is the Superlow a similair set up? When i first got my Nightster we did a few mods including aftermarket shocks to reduce vibration but only a few mods.

No, the SuperLow uses all new suspension geometry, front and rear. Also, it adds radial tires to the suspension package.

I am 5' 6.5" and the Superlow actually felt too low to me. I can flat foot on a stock Sporty. Why give up the ground clearance?

The SuperLow has a wonderful suspension and seat. It is almost cushy. If that's your only objection, then buy it. I'm 6'0", and ride my wife's SuperLow occasionally, and find it quite comfortable.

At 5'7" you could easily ride a Fat Boy Low or most of the Softail or Dyna lines.....

But to answer your question...the new Super Low is very comfy to ride. It's ride quality is strides ahead of what the other stock Sporty's come with.

My wife is 5-2 and loves her superlow, and it rides very good. Im 5-11 and ride it when she lets me and i really like it. I rode an iron 883 one time and it was a lot stiffer than the superlow. We ride for 6-8 hrs and she dont complain at all other than the weather has been nasty and cant ride enough for her.

I'm 6'1". Being my first bike I don't have much to compare it to. But it's a very smooth ride. Overall I'm very happy with the bike. My only complaint is that I need to get some forwards on it for longer trips.
