Tailgunner exhaust installed on my Nightster
Hey Guys, been busy this weekend...I finally got my Tailgunner exhaust (Thanks Charlie!)
I was skeptical at first, But after putting them on, WOW... I love them...No regrets.
I know it's not for everybody...just wanted to share.
Anyway, these are the 4" universal figthters with black barrels. You will need to order their adapter 1 3/4 fo harleys with stock headpipes. It was a PITA to install, because it did'nt come with a bracket and I had to make my own using parts from Ace hardware LOL.
Once they were on you can tell the difference with sound! It was twice as loud as the screamin eagle pipes and much more Harley sound! (If you dont want loud pipes, dont get these!)
I have the stage I download and K&N, and let me tell you this thing RUNS like a beast!
PULLS strongly and No decel pops. Overall very happy with the pipes!

They spin freely too when off, takes very little to spin them.
IMHO very well made and nice quality. (made in USA!)
BTW, it's the harley LED headlight.

So far I'm getting 37-42 mpg. Not sure about the range yet, coz I just did the swap last week.

After yesterday's ride I did'nt realize that the front exhaust was hitting the rear brake rod/linkage. Just minor rubbing, so I went and addressed the issue, this was an easy fix because all I had to do was adjust the brace I used to another hole, then retightened/ re-torqued everything. Rode a few miles today...and It was awesome! I love these pipes!
