Quick turn signal relocation question
Whats up guys, can I remove a pinch screw on the lower fork bracket with my bike still on the ground if I remove one side at a time? Just bought an Iron, dont have a motorcycle jack yet. Thanks!
yes, I removed my screw on the lower fork clamp with the bike on the ground on my 48 to relocate my signals. Just dont take both the top and bottom out at the same time. The fork tube shouldnt move as long as 1 of the bolts is still tight.

I just did the HD signal reloaction kit on my 1200C, but I wounted them on the top pintch bolt as I like the looks of them up there better. I left the bike on the ground and had no problems since I only tool one out at a time and did not sit on the bike. When the HD kit calls for 30-35 Foot LBS they mean it. I have cracked 2 of the HD relocator brakets by getting them to sung.
