I'm bummin
Well, swapped out the V&H short shots for the stockers today... got tired of looking over my shoulder at every city cop with a hair across their *** now that warm weather is here... my town has an ordinance that you need EPA stamped OEM exhausts or it's an expensive couple of visits before the judge... and i'm just bummed out. It sounds so honda. No more snapping the throttle and feeling the sound in my bones. I did drill out a 1/2 hole in the baffles, but damn.
Well, maybe I'll have to convince myself that quiet is a good thing somehow. I miss my nasty!

The Rhode Island MC Association (and I'm a proud member) is getting ready to do battle over our ordinance... the state law doesn't go that far, and they are challenging the city on grounds of a state law superseeds and over-rules the city rules. There is hope.
But they do hand out plenty of tickets here, and I like to enjoy my rides without wondering if every lawman is out to get me.
Problem: I have a SE heavy breather, and got a remap with the V&H. With drilled out stockers, will I need to remap again? X14ied's maybe? I could live with quiet if my bike had some of it's ********* back.

See my post above, The BCT's open it up and you might not need to remap. Or you can research putting a lollipop in it. I just like the BCT cause the screens make it feel like ya got a baffle if they insert something into your pipe

This is being challenged in California and Colorado with marijuana.

It's called a Bafflectomy stage one,,,lol
a Cops billy club still won't go up the pipe,,,
you get better sound,,,
not much louder,,
Untill ya crack the throttle open a good bit,,,then they will bite
and alot better flow,,,check It out
All ya need Is a BFH (Big Freakin Hammer)
anna big *** steel rod or rebar.
Takes a lot of messin round to get It open and smooth so
just get the two pipe holes even as you can...
Or If ya got real real real good aim a 12 guage slug would do it.
Don't do this drunk or In yer garage XD
I think a BASLDB would be best,,Um thats a (Big *** Super Long Drill Bit),,,
would prolly need a center guide hole tho,,,
An If ya screw up the stockers,,,they are all over Ebay I hear,,,,

Michigan has also "legalized" marijuana. However, while it is "being challenged," the laws remain as I stated, until such time as the Supreme Court rules thereon.

I think its incredibly ridiculous that the local government would go as far as make all custom exhausts illegal. Seems very invasive to me, but how do they know what is ome or epa certified ? could you just cut that stamped part off a stock pipe and just integrate it into a custom exhaust
