im with street fighter. what is the reason behind the sell. if you just dont care about the bike or want some thing else and this is the means then go for it. if its for any other reason then i say hold what you got
i would say $8k - $8,500. i am trying to sell my also and this was the price i came up with due to extras.
You can rarely expect to recover the extras $$$. Sometimes the "extras" decrease the value.
A stealer would ask $8200. Trade in about $6000. They sometime go for as cheap as $6200. I would ask $7500 if you need to move it fast. Remember the extras may mean a lot some some folks and to some its just something else to change. Your there you have to read that.
also has 2in tank lift, coil relocation.
reason for sale is m hip is outta place and is getting worse. I would like to have something bigger and more comfy. I dont really need to sell it. I do like it as its a one of a kind bike with the wheels and none other here in St.louis. But i need something that woks better for the wife and I
Your are posting on the internet so you have the ability to look at Edmond's, NADA, Kelly Blue book and others to get an idea of retail and private sell prices.
Opinions here are just that opinion's. The add ons do not add to the price in most cases.
Decide on a bike for you and your wife and get an idea from a dealer what the trade in will be. Then with the private sell info, if you have a buyer and they make too low of an offer you will have the ability to say no.
The dealers in my area use Edmond's wholesale for the trade in price. With a cherry bike and set up they will nudge up a little.
