Default hmm any idea?

Ok I just did a clutch replacement bar swap etc. I just took it out to test drive it and all and I noticed that every time I turn hard left, my right blinker turns on, and then i hear like a buzzer? noise. (It's like whenever you drive a stick shift and you release the clutch and try to shift and it makes that grinding noise.) I wasn't holding the clutch or even toughing the shifter or anything. Any ideas?

Is your clutch adjustment in spec? And the turn signal sounds like a wiring kinda thing.

Best place to look is the last thing you did and work backwards from there.

I'm not too sure. I get paid tomorrow so I don't have the manual as of this moment. All I did was adjust the middle nuts to get rid of slack so it feels a little stiff but not too stiff to shift. As far as the wiring thing of the signal, I did a relo so I really didn't touch the wiring

yeah I saw that too. I think the clutch is fine but I only hear that noise whenever I have the engine running and then I turn my handlebars all the way to the left as if I'm going to park it

Could the clutch cable possibly be too short? It seems like since it's only when the bar is turned that it's a length issue.

Where is the noise coming from? The clutch area under the derby cover?

nah the clutch length is actually a bit too long for my liking but yeah the noise is coming from underneath the derby cover.

i'll take a stab at this......

the clutch adjustment inside the derby is too loose. when you turn just so it pushes slack in to the primary and something gets rubbed.
adjusting the nut on the cable has the lever lookin good and functional but not correct inside the primary.

but i'm just guessin....................
