Nightster Bars?

Anyone know the rise and pullback on the stock Nightster Bars? I am thinking of getting some Licks Z-Bars and trying to decide what size to get either the 4" or 6". Will these bars work with the stock cables or will have to buy new ones? Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure but I just added 5.5 inch risers to my stock handlebars all I had to change was brake line. From bottom of riser to top of bars is 11 inches if that helps any.

Which brake line did you use??

I used a plus 6 drag specialties from Dennis Kirk. It replaces the whole line.
