I thought this was a thread to decipher the fuel pak,,to help us figure out what all the numbers do ,,so we can fine tune our fuel pak,,,you guys with carburetors can go to a carburetor thread and make all the comments you want,,,we with EFI, don't really care about your stupid comments,,,
Why do you Folks keep puting those fule packs on ???
Why not go on over to the Harley Shop, put on thier's
$200 vs $700-800
Some do it for EPA reason, they can take it off, run thru on stock settings for inspection, then stuff it back on.
Depends on how commie yer state is.
OR
How cheaps You is

Sounds way lean to me, you should be getting lower 40s or your just like stock again and running hot.

Called V.H. Friday and according to them , you can take mode 23 to 50.. It totally bypasses fuelpak on DE-CELL ONLY. On my 2010 1200c the factory ECU runs rich at startup and stays in that mode for about 10 minutes. After that period ALL the popping is gone.. TRY IT.............
First of all let me say great idea for fuel pak users. I have a 2006 RKC that I bought and put one a couple years ago. I have been tweaking it ever since. The initial settings were okay, but lousy cold. I tried several different maps and different mode settings inside some of those maps, and it still seems to low on power in the mid to high rpm ranges. The map I'm using now is FP0142 with the following changes,
mode1: 2
mode2: 4
mode4: 12
mode5: 0
mode6: 31
mode7: 15
mode8: 12
mode10: 4
mode11:2
mode14: 10
mode15: -3
mode16: 2
These changes were better but still low on mid range power. I have reset the Throttle calibration (mode19) and twisted the throttle very slowly up and down and rechecked mode 21 for throttle position and it is definitely better. It is more accurate in position and seems better on power. I will try it for a couple days and let you all know how that went. Hope this helps someone. Perry
