Weird sound when braking.

Weird sound when braking.
Hey all, since a couple of days ago, my sportster has this weird sound everytime I use the front brake. It sounds like air gushing out of a punctured tyre. And its definitely coming from my brake caliper/rotor area.
The air gushing sound will stay throughout until I come to a complete halt or I release the brakes. Sound doesnt happen when I press it when on stationary so it has to be the contact between the brake pads and the rotor?
Anybody know what could it be? Finishing brake pads aren't supposed to sound like that right?

Just check with the local mech, he says that the sound are due to my brake pads finishing soon. And I'm using a different kinda brake pads, so the sound isn't screeching like. But he says I'm good to go for about a couple of months more.
