Only check the oil level when the motor is hot.
Keep the oil level ~1/2 way between the ADD & FULL marks when measured on the jiffy stand. If you do that, and then check the oil level with the bike in the upright position, you'll find it reads Full.
^^^guys i can side with him here. i have been having blow by issues really bad since going to my ness big sucker II. yes i'm using the right banjo bolts, yes my oil level is as low as it can be and after hi revs like HW riding, i get oil down the side of the bike and if i put my hand under the a/c i get a puddle in my hand. after about a year of dealing with it and asking many people i decided to call ness. they had a really simple answer, it's my motor. they said every motor does it, some worse than others and they have heard this before with efi bikes. i'm so fed up, i bought the parts to do the diy a/c that mreed posted and see if that helps. i had the h/d stage 1 and the heavy breather before and niether of them did this. it's pissin me off too.
