Went to check on my bike today in storage. I noticed some rust ( just a little bit) on the headbolts. I didn't have anything with me to take the rust off. It is just a little rust I am going up in the am can clean that in the AM. Now is that a common thing> Also should i just buy the chrome headbolt covers so they cover the possible rust up?[

It happens,my 06 has some spots that need attention.Brand new bolts that have slight rust in the hex heads.My plan is to paint the inside of the hex bolts to match my fire red pearl tin paint.I already have the paint just need the time to do it.By the way I would consider the kit that covers the plugs and makes the cylinder look like it's finned all the way around instead of the chrome head bolt cover kit.It's about 20 bucks.
