Default My DIY headlight mount....

Saw the thread on the other light mount and thought it was cool...but not quite what I want.
I have Z bars on the way and I wanted something that mimics the look of them.
So, I cut some metal.
I hope to have this all welded together this weekend.
The bottom tab will have the skull bent down at a 90 degree angle.
Dunno if I like that yet, we'll see.
Held off on grinding the tab for now, gonna wait and see what I have to do to it when the rest is all tacked together.

Close up of the tab where the light will mount to...

I'll post some more pics one it's all done, painted up, and mounted.

Well, this is going to have to wait a bit....I had the pieces laying on a bench that got "cleaned" by someone and they are no more....I still have the skull tab since I was buffing that at another place.

Probably for the best though.

I think I want to make the downward angled bits a bit more robust anyway.
They were 1/4" thick, which was OK but I'm going to go with something a little wider.
