well it was 20 degrees yesterday but today its been in the sixties so ive been working on that new bracket for the rear brake. I'll post up some pics later.
Heres the hand shift Ive been working on, made out of old bars. Still have to clean it up.
Heres the brake bracket for the rear brake. Tacked. Still need to clean it up a little too but I have the rear brake bolted on momentarily and it works so mission accomplished I guess.
the brakes began loosing pressure, which i figured they would because i couldnt make the bleed nipple the highest part of the system. I modified the stock rear brake and got it to fit on the new rim. Brakes stop hard now. Brake light doesn't work. Tested the wires and im pretty much certain its just a bad brake light switch so Im gonna put a new one in and see what happens.
im about to pick up a new tailight. Tax return money! Were gonna build new brake lines with a new pressure sensor set up sometime this week also. Might get out today and clean up some spots on the bike where I removed brackets and maybe do a little painting. Or play call of duty. This is undetermined.
heres some pics from yesterday. fired it up and my buddy said roll it outside. come an ace of taking off on it until i was reminded that i had no brakes and the front sprocket still needs to be machined out.
