Default Drag bars

I'm wanting to try some 36" drag bars from J&P on my 06 883c. From what I see doesn't look like the front brake line is long enough. Are there many other things that would need to be changed? I'm in no hurry since this is going to be part of the winter projects and any help will be truly appreciated.

Depends on what risers you use. Drag bars work with most stock cables unless you go to high with the risers.

The brake will be fine. I have 32" and my lines are much too long.

I'm going to use the stock riser that comes on the 883 Custom. It's about 4 1/2 to 5 inches high.

I had 6" rise with 32" bars. You should be fine.

36" seems wayyyyyyy too wide for a skinny sportster. Why not do 27"??

Because the stock bars are about 30" with the grips and they wearing my old *** out around town when I have to do a lot of stop and go and tight turns.
