2011 Iron883 Low idle...sounds like it gonna stall?!!?
Went to warm it up today & it's idleing very low almost sounds like its gonna stall. Only been parked in my garage for 24 hours & Georgia weather hasn't gotten that cold really.
Checked oil, looks fine if a little full. Got gas day before yesterday so tank is full.

Also there is a strong "gasoline" smell. And riding it around the block I'm feeling throttle lag & low power.
There seems to be excesive engine vibration when the idle gets low too.

Maybe one of your plug wires is not all the way on. It doesn't sound like it's hitting on both cyls. all the time

if you smell fuel, it's probably getting fuel, just not getting burned in that front cylinder. It's either something easy and stupid, or a warranty issue...

No water. Don't generally ride in the rain unless I get caught out in it & that hasn't happened since early summer. Possibly over spray from the "Denim Paint Cleaner" maybe when wiping down the gas tank?
Free tow to dealship is coming so who knows how long before I get her back. Was taking it to the dealer anyway to get the rocker gaskets changed cause they're leaking...then this grrrr

You would have to spray A LOT of denim paint cleaner to do that. Could be a few things making it misfire like that. anything from bad fuel, fouled plug (why), bad coil, bad connection somewhere. Your bike looks pretty new. Hopefully you have a good dealership who will fix it quick without too much hassle. I haven't even taken delivery of my '12 Iron, already starting to freak out that this is going to happen to me. Let us know how it works out.
