Honestly only got to rip it around close by. Been wet here all day. It felt good though. Couldn't tell much difference from what I had. The Vance and Hines pipes only had a lollipop baffle as well so not much difference other than the pipes being a little shorter. The lollipops add some back pressure but I might add some torque cones as well if I feel power loss but I don't think I will. Gonna pull one of the plugs after I get a good ride in and see what they look like just to make sure I ain't running lean.
Dude, did I miss something? No video, no pictures? It seems like you fast forwarded through the pipes. I wanna see them! Don't know why I thought of this, but about 15 years ago I worked with a guy who was scared of heights. He drove truck for us. Nearly **** his pants every time he drive over the Walt Whitman. What's new back home? You ever go north to the Quakertown area?

Your Vance & Hines were sideshots if I remember right & they are like a 2 into one with that tube between the pipes & they make really good power for a short pipe. Stock head pipes w/tips on them will make a lot less power than sideshot V&H. You can do lollipops & torq cones but it won't be as good as having a well designed pipe.

Few pages back. Lol. Yeah you missed it.
@grandcuda you're prolly right but the bike seems to be making plenty of power. I could at least feel the low and mid range was still there. Like I said. Once I can get a half decent day and get the fvcker out ill be able to really see and feel the difference if any.
Damn, I missed a page. Looks good. And we all know video sucks for sound, but I'm sure they sound good too. I was never a fan of sideshots. My buddy has them. They just don't look right.
Prolly the tank. Then while I have the tank off the relocation of the switches. Looking at it with a friend it looks like I'm gonna need a new throttle housing, master cylinder and brake lever though. No?
Btw I run through quakertown all the time. I have a crib in the poconos. Quakertown is beat.

Please be detailed when you do the switches. I'd like to see how you do it.
Yes. On my bike I kept everything right side dummied. I left the stockshit but it didn't work. I didn't wanna pay for a new sleeve and brake switch and whatnot. This way will also help with thieves, but I doubt you will take that option. I'm telling you, the switches are a cake walk. I'll be fun. I did it and I don't know ****. Ask me for any questions.

Get a Biltwell throttle housing then break out the dremel tool and a file and cut the big goofy lip off the stock clutch and brake perch and shave them down. I bought a set of spares and started. I'll post pics tomorrow.
