Cold? Istanbul? I spent my childhood 3000 km north (and somewhat west) from Istanbul. Sometimes we had freezing mornings in July, and that was the warmest month of year. I rode my dirtbike all year round, -25 C didn't stop me.

Sorry man. I couldn't stand to not ride after a couple of days much less a few months. In spite of my "humor" I feel for ya.

It's actually supposed to be balmy here tomorrow, About 50F, the snow has melted for a day or two. Drawback will be 90-100 kph winds. Still, I'm going to try to get out for a bit before winter really socks in.
