I have my manual and my harley guru at my side as I am changing out my bars ok he tells me I need to disconect my wires so I can run my controls up and when I followed the wires down to the back bone I find a plastic cover over the male female connections that Limits access to the connections the guru says I need to find out how to open this cover to get to my disconections and the manual dosnt cover this area so whats a guy to do ?? he said dont break it or I might have stuff hanging out and that the wires have to go back in just the right way or the tank wont fit right any idea how to open this cover and get into my connectins ??
The man knows his stuff but he is a old grey beard and isn't sure on this new a bike don't want to mess it up for me and make me buy a new one heck the guy don't have a cell phone or internet lol

its not a connection tho its the plastic cover that I think protects them under he back bone like a open ended box
