I have a National Cycle DX, I think it was $100 or so, comes on and off in about 30 seconds, and looks OK. I only use it on the highway or when it's cold, 40 minutes on the highway to work when its 45 degrees like this morning sucks without it.

I got the HD detachable 18" shield and I am 5' 6". It comes just below my line of site. Easy on, easy off. Nice for flying debris, bugs, etc. My younger days are long behind me, so its about function now.

I have a Memphis Shades Del Rey and I'm pretty happy with it so far. The QD hardware is ok and easy to use, I just wish more came off when removing the shield.
I don't mind how it looks and it has made a difference on long rides. Price wasn't half bad either. Paid $65 for the shield and $142 for the hardware.
