I got a letter from the dmv saying I am not allowed to sell anymore bikes unless I get a dealers license....time to start selling them under my wife name.
why do you even bother to ask even though you already know the answer. You must be backwardsass stupid if you have never heard of nada or the internet like ebay, craigslist.
You own multiple bikes and have no freaking clue how much its worth.
You must like getting your ego stroked by asking stupid questions like that.
So he's cool with selling it to you for $1500 less than he can get on the regular market and knows you're selling it Saturday for the extra money? If he's fully aware, then more power to you.

To each their own, but it's not how I roll with my friends.
I have a buddy with no internet access and he just doesn't like selling stuff himself. He had a pile of HD parts (good ones too), and wanted to GIVE them to me to sell on Craigslist. In the past, he would just throw this sort of stuff in the dumpster. Being his friend, and not some leech looking out for numero uno, I suggested something else. I would keep one thing that I wanted from the lot, sell the rest and then we would take the money and have a nice meal and a few drinks together.
Like I said, what comes around, goes around.
