Default what is it worth
i have a friend woh is offring me a 2010 883 iron that is perfect all stock it only has 72 miles on it. he starts it once a week and every other week rides it through the sub-division. its only been on actual roads 3 times. he has 7 bike and just wants it out of the way. how much is the bike worth?

according to ebay about $7000.00-$7500.00

NADA value is around $6800 for it. All the Sportsters around here for $7000+ aren't moving. He might get insulted but I wouldn't be willing to pay more than $6000 for it.

NADA.com says $5800 for low retail, $6800 for average retail, and $8000 for Suggested List price.

looks like i will be picking it up this week, he told me $5800, i think i can get it for 5500. i not looking to keep it, figure i can turn lil money on it. as i do this about 5 times yr.

Sounds like a good deal to me. KBB is upwards of $7400. With such little miles on it, I would jump on it in a heartbeat.

Yeh 5800 is a good deal the above post was just to see if you can low ball the guy we didnt know if he wanted it out now or just was hanging on to it and didnt care if it sold.

You flip bikes 5 times a year and you're asking "what is it worth"? Something's not right here...
