throttle cable question.

Will stock cables from a '09 sporty work on a '05 sporty? My buddy swapped out his cables and i was thinking i could put them on my '05.

His '09 is EFI and your is carb right? if so, then the throttle cables will be different but the clutch should still be the same.

correct, his is efi, i'm carb, i'll snag the clutch cables then!
