Ok, so this morning i went to start up my bike as usual every morning. The engine turned over twice. I heard this loud click then nothing. Nothing but the whine of the starter. The battery is fully charged... all lights are on and working properly. The engine basically wont turn over even though the starter is engaged. I just dont get whats up with it. Any ideas?

A whine from the starter but not turning the motor over, often means a stripped starter clutch gear. Not uncommon on 1200's, especially in warmer climates, typically occurring between 12K and 15K miles.
Well i figured it was the starter, but i figured it was a minute possibility. Ill take ot off and get a look at it. Weve got an account at my shop with all the auto parts sites in town, so i can get them to come pick it up. Ill let you know what i see
Update: started taking off the primary cover, but im stuck at a star bolt thats stripped. When i drained the oil, there were ALOT of metal shavings on the magnet in the plug. As soon as i get the cover off ill have pics.

FYI;
If your talking about the derby cover screws, those take a T27 bit which isn't included in most torx sets. If your using a T25 you'll strip the screws.
