Lets see your Seats
I have the official Harley davidson solo sprung seat which looks pretty cool in black but does get a little uncomfortable after a while, so I have just ordered a Le Pera 'Bare bones Diamond stitch' seat, hopefully this will still make my 48 look as good but maybe a little more comfortable.

La Rosa spring seat. Also have a La Rosa solo bag with fuel bottle. Have a JD tool bag from them too I'm trying to sale cause it doesn't fit the look of my bike. Love La Rosa. It's got a skull face sideshot on the seat just visible enough to see.

Still waiting on a sick saddles seat. I had them build me the 82 - 03 style solo seat for my 13' 883 with memory foam and the diamond stitching. Unfortunately USPS can't figure out where the package is. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago.

Here's my new Mother Road Customs spring seat. I love it.
Mounting it is a little bit of PITA, mainly due to properly assembling the springs and driving the nuts in a very confined space.
All my 1/2" wrenches had the head that was too thick to fit within the spring coils space. Had to go buy an ElCheapo one for the job.
Also, my small magnetic pick-up stick with flexible head was a life saver when trying to drive the bolt within the hole in the frame.
The front seat pivoting bolt was hard as hell to remove, as they went a little crazy with thread locker at the factory.
It would help if Mother Road Customs would add a page of install instructions with the package, even though a video is available online.
Initially I was not sure about the higher seating position, but the more I drive, the more I like it.
The spring also help quite a bit in cushioning the ride.
All in all, money well spent.
