Default Rigid frame starting problems

i have a 2002 sportster in a rigid frame. i used the stock wiring harness with some things removed like turn signals and stuff. the other day my battery bracket came lose and pushed 3 wires over and the belt cut them and brought the bike to a stop. i fixed the 3 wires and now it wont start. put a new battery in and tested all the wires i could think of. when i start it, i get 1 spark on each plug and thats it. i tested the plugs, the boots and wires, the ignition module and they all ran fine on another bike. iw as wondering about the tip over sensor or maybe some kind of shut off from the oil since one of the wires cut was the wire that runs to the hook up right under the oil filter. any help would be great.

I'd make sure there isn't another short somewhere along those lines. Besides right where they were cut, further up the wire could have been damaged. Did you check the fuses?

ive checked all the wires with a fluke meter to make sure nothing is grounded, im thinking its some sort of safety device thats keeping the plugs from sparking more than 1 time

The wire to the sensor under your oil filter is your oil pressure light. That would have nothing to do with engine operation. It just simply turnes the light on and off. I would look closely and make sure there are no other wires that you missed.
