Default Problem with Turn Signal Relay????

So I noticed the other day that my brake lights aren't working. Well, it's not that they aren't working, they are on all the time. SO my first worry was that when i internal wired the new bars, I might have rubbed some of the wires and accidentally shaved a couple and caused a short. Pulled the harnesses and put a meter on every wire. No problems. Checked the harnesses back to the relay box....no problems. Check the turn signal harnesses coming out of the relay.....BOOM.....got a read on the meter.....figuring somehow the relay is shot.....anyone had this problem? know how much a new one runs? is there an option to the Harley relay? also, could there be something shorting out in the rear brake pedal??? havent looked into the the rear brake and how it is wired up. any ideas?

Interesting approach. I would have started at the switches before going to the relay. Good luck.

If you didn't protect the plunger on the front brake light switch when working on the bars, you likely broke the switch.
