Default New A/C Cleaner Cover - Home Cookin'
I changed out the original brass cover I made for a new one. We are decomissioning our old boiler plant and I snagged one of the bronze plaques from the watertube boiler built in 1961. I machined it down and installed it today. I like it but it may be a little busy. What do you think? I like the globe with the steam pipes coming out of it at the top. Being that I'm a boiler operator I figured it was fitting.

Looks good, I say it's a keeper, especially if you have a personal connection to it. Now just strip that tank or repaint it and it will look even better!

That cover looks great. This is a great spot to truly personalize our bikes. Your whole bike looks great. Ride safe.

I'm a boiler operator too. 1961? That's just getting broken in. Our HRT boilers were installed in 1907. We still have manual water controls!

Thanks guys looks like it is a keeper. I also machined the rigid pegs. Emphacia We have a brand new state of the art boiler plant but eveyone liked the old plant better. Newer isn't always better.
