yeah sometimes the switch doesn't sit in the housing correctly and it sits sideways and it will never make contact with the lever. you disconnected the wires going to the switches and didn't take a pic first?
Ok, so I worked for about 4 hours today. More importantly, I broke my bank and bought an HD battery. I had to, cause in order for me to do the wiring - **** - I needed power to know I was going the right route!!!
I started with the left side. All I needed was horn and lights. I couldn't find a momentary for the horn, so I didn't do it. I probably just won't have a horn. It's not a big deal to me.
here are the connectors
Here is the 2-way for the lights, the kill switch has been bypassed and the start momentary is wired.
I got the fender right yesterday. I mounted the sides into the shock bolt hole on the inside and it was a complete ***** to do.
