Chopped my fender a while back. Love the look, but kinda miss not being able to bring the ol lady on rides. Anyone figured a way to mock up a 2 up seat on a fender chop?? Anything's possible....right??
I don't know about "mock up" but there are plenty of places that sell passenger pads, some even come with suction cups to help hold the seat in place. A friend used the suction cup pad to allow his wife to see if she liked going for rides with him before he spent the money for a 2-up seat, in the end it saved him money because after a few times out she preferred to not go on the putts..

It's more along the lines of adequate support for a seat (body), not the seat itself. My chop runs as short as yours (it looks like). However, i've mounted my fender to the swingarm and I know there is no way I'd feel safe with someone's *** on that fender. Not saying you can't do it, you would just have to be creative because closing that gap between tire and fender leaves no room for support beneath the fender.
LOL just get one of those big old solo seats. The ones that two people could fit on. I'm sure you could make it bolt up to what you have, and run it when she's going with you.
ok so i dont know how strong your fender brackets are but with my set up i have had no problems with the fender flexing or moving down or twisting. plain trailer fender too. i will be mounting my sissy bar like in the pic but a little shorter so she has a back rest and will be using a gel stick on temp seat. i have sat on the fender at 190 lbs and its fine.
Anyone know where I could find a big one piece 2 person seat. Preferably one that mounts to the stock seat location and just lays partially over the rear fender?
Do you guys think that fender can support the weight of a female with no bracing underneath it? The only place it's attached is where the taillights mount, and the bolt under the seat.
