I can't help you with the exact location but I have the BAL1 taillight with the HD branded running/brake/turn signal module. It's a very bright combo.
JC Whitney has some extremely effective driving lights that I used on my Road King. Something like $30. Were still working great after 50k+ miles when I sold it.

Assuming that you're wanting a pair of lights, be careful when selecting the lights that the wattage per light is no more than 35 watts each (70 watts total). Your bikes 22 amp charging system can't handle much more than that safely.
