Wow those are awesome I will have to look into them, as for caring as much about what the bike looks like that is out the window I just want to make the bike comfortable for the rides I am doing on it ... other riders will understand and those who arent, well I could care less what they think hahaha

Yea, I've been using these for the last 4 years. Getting the wind blast off your fingers in cold weather helps a lot, especially on the slab when you're running 70+ mph. With these on, I can run in ~10* colder weather before I need my heated gloves.
They also do a nice job of taking the sting out of a hard rain if you get caught in a storm wearing fingerless gloves.
For winter gloves I went to my local Theisens (can get them at wal mart as well) and got a pair of Thinsulate gloves and they work AMAZING!! Rode in 15* weather and not a cold hand one.
