Later Model Headlamp

Would you be able to fit one to an earlier Sporty?? Like a 2006 Headlamp on a 2001...?

I don't imagine the plugs are going to be the same but I imagine you could splice it in??

Sure you could. i just put a 7" on my 48. i had to splice it but it works

Cool, i like the look of the clear glass on the later sporties.....unless you can just buy a H4 insert that is clear....?

You can, but just replacing the lens will cause the light will not be dispersed properly. You'll likely wind up with more of a spot light than a flood light.
The headlight bulb, lens and reflector are designed to work as an assembly.

That's what I am talking about, you can buy the whole assembly that goes in the lamp metal housing - was just wondering if anyone knows of a clear glass one...
