Should this worry me?
Did the leak get any worse? Mine looked just like yours. I still have a few years left on the warranty so I think I'll wait a little bit but will eventually take it in.

It didn't get any worse than in the original pics but the dealer said any oil leaking beyond the vent lines is no good. Mine had that damp look going on too. I probably still could've rode it around for awhile with no major problems, like most were saying here, but then I'd be fixing it with my $. Glad I decided to call and see how much time I had left on the warranty.

Yeah, there have been some issues with the top end gaskets. As a matter of fact, I believe, they have changed to composite of the material of those gaskets because of the premature leakage. At least that is what I read somewhere but don't remember what years that effected. And, unfortunately it was not part of a recall but IMHO it should have been.
