So I bought a set of performance machine grips for my new frisco bars. I just got them today. They look/feel awesome. I plan on installing them this weekend, but had a few questions.
1. I know the clutch side has set pins to hold them in place, but should I use some kind of glue to hold the grip in place. I was thinking of putting some clear silicone inside the grip before slipping it on.
2. For the throttle side, what should I use to lubricate the handlebars? graphite spray or something?
do u have throtle cables or fly by wire? if u have cables done use anything just put them on??... and yeah use some kinda glue silicone would work
Yea I have throttle cables. So no kind of lubrication on the throttle side at all? When I transferred over the stock grips i felt some sort of lubrication on the throttle side grip.
