New stator is on order and I should have it by Thursday.
My bike should have no charging problems after this.
New battery.
New voltage regulator.
New stator.
If it doesn't charge after all this I think it is time for a new bike.
Got my scoot back together. I get 13.58volts at idle and 14.73 above idle.
I think this may have been a problem with my bike for some time now. With the new electrical parts it runs a lot better. I do still need a speedometer sensor. A lot of new parts on this old girl.
