Whats the speedometer ratio on stock 92 xlh 1200? I ordered a custom length cable but my speedo topped out at 35 when I was on the thruway and Im using a 2:1 ratio speedo I think it may be the speedo though since under 30 it reads right but over 30-35 it just stops.

 

A new cable won't change what the speedo shows you. Was the speedo working OK before you fitted the new cable?
