Default Exhaust vibration
I replaced my stock mufflers with rush 3" slip ons with 2.25" baffles, now I am picking up a lot of vibration I never had with the stock mufflers. Has anyone ever had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

Are the baffles wrapped with fiber glass correctly when you put them in or installed the mufflers?

I have no clue, the dealer put them on with the 1000 mile service.

With more exhaust flow your gonna get more shaking in your pipes. But if you have a metal sounding vibration, then there's a problem with the mounting. Check all the bolts and make sure there secure.

No metal sound, everything is tight. I might reduce down to the 1.75 baffle. Less noise should equal less vibration I guess.

Yup, I have more shake now .
I installed some Rush 1.75 slip ons.
