Did you even search?? Those two companies are the ONLY people who make a legit 1250 kit for XL's.
Who you prefer just depends, but either way you're going to get someone who is far more knowledgable than nearly everyone and has dedicated their life to learning about these bikes and how to make 'em go.
One big diff between them is Hammer has the kits for both the older frame mount bikes and the newer rubber mount bikes but afaik NHRS only has the older style.

same 2 i told you in my pm to you. hammer and nrhs are the only 2 i would trust to match up all the components correctly or have harley do a 1200 screaming eagle kit.

the smaller fin kits do not look bad on an iron and $540 is a super deal. i paid $650 for the same thing a year and a half ago.
