I certainly wouldn't go very far on that tire. I would go any further than I'd be willing to push it back. Pushing a bike on a flat really sucks! Remove the wheel yourself, and just bring it into a shop for replacement. That should only run you from around $125 to $175 depending on the brand of tire you choose.
I don't see cords showing and some of my old sport bike buddys have rode on alot worse, but yeah that tire needs to go ASAP. Could you get alway with it for a few weeks as long as it's bone dry our-maybe, but really unless the bike is the only vehicle you have I would keep the ride very short if you have to take it out at all.
If you're on a tight budget, a Shinko 777 150/80-16 is $87.99 delivered.
If you can take the wheel off the bike yourself, most indy shops will mount and balance a tire for $25 - $40 depending on the going rate where you live.
