I paıd mıne 10.000 Euro = 13.100 USD tax ıncluded back ın 2005 .

yup, you guys in the US are very lucky when it comes to HD pricing. Everything else here is generally 10% more expensive (because of the exchange rate). However HD's are at least 30% more.
They need to drop their prices a bit more to foreign markets because there are more andmore people interested on being Harley riders.

Maybe we pay less but we loose the novelty of having a foreign made motorcycle. Drop down into the States and
I'll sell you a 03 1200C that both you and your wife will love.

I have a feeling it's not HD making the price so high outside the US.
This is the product of unfair trading with the US getting the short end of the stick. I would bet there is a very similar % markup on US cars, too.
They tarriff and tax the crap out of our overseas products to keep them expensive, and we are considered unfair and greedy if we reciprocate.
