I painted the heat shields today. Too dang nice out to do much else except ride. The paint is fragile after 30 minutes of air dry, so I scratched it up a little. No biggee cause this bike is ridden hard.
I'm going to wait for a rainy Sunday to paint the stock mufflers adn I'll do it per the instructions and maybe even use primer.
Never could figure out the difference between one coat of primer and one coat of paint vs two coats of paint and no primer.
