my bars are pretty basic man, very simple.
I used the drop saw at work & cut all my steel tubing to the correct sizes needed,
I didnt use any radius, everything is squared up on mine.
Used a bridgeport and cut them all on a 45, & basically just fit them together like a puzzle.
A buddy of mine made some of his at work, & he would cut them all individually, & heat them and bend the ones that needed to be bent, and basically welded then metal finished them.
Heating them with a torch would work just fine, it would just be a pain to try and get them to the exact radius.
Alright. Handlebars are made, getting powder coated today. Have to purchase my wiring kit for the 14" apes today, any suggestions or should I just go with my first choice. Burly.

Can't go wrong with the burly kit. I used it to do my bars and it doesn't get any easier.
