I've decided to fit some street glide shocks for my 48 to improve the ride. Easy enought to fit along with some tamarack lowering blocks. I want to adjust the pressure in the shocks now and have seen lots of people saying they fitted Schrader valves, please could someone tell me exactly what I need to get and if anyone knows where I can source them in the UK.

You help is appreciated!
Hello old chap and welcome to HDF from somewhere nearby!
You want the same valve cores as fitted to your Harley tyres or any car. They are nothing special and any car spares or bike shop will have them. You will probably find your shocks already have them! Schrader is the name of the chap who invented them, rather like Hoover and the vacuum cleaner.
I just finished installing mine and took a short ride. The ride quality is SIGNIFICANTLY better, however, it sits really high. I'm going to get some lowering blocks and see if bringing it down 1.75" will bring it back to normal.
