I bought 13" sportster shocks from a forum member here for like $25. They were off a 2003 sportster.
Even though they are crappy HD shocks, they are by FAR the best thing I have ever done to this bike. It cornered like **** all slammed, low bikes don't turn well at all.
Go to 12.5-13" rear shocks and you will see what I mean, its how the bike was really designed to sit.
Y a I did my front already. Damper rods, racetech springs, intiminators. It rides extremely well now. I think I must be itching to have a project cause its been awhile haha.
You've blown it now! Both Race Tech and Ricor do a nice line in shocks that should compliment your front end. Shame on ya for thinking of anything else!
