I have a '96 harley sportster 883 I recently changed the handlebars to shorter ones, re wired it through the bars myself and didn't have any issues in doing so .. however after running my bike again a few days later my throttle stuck in the open position it wouldn't let off and go back so I hit my shut off switch I have removed my throttle and thats as far as I went. any help would be much appreciated! Thanks
when u re did the wiring did u remember to put the "throttle lock" screw in place the correct way ?
or maybe it just got tightened by mistake not letting the throttle return ?
