Another Break Question

Please don't do that, it's expensive to use your bike as an anger relief point. Like people that abuse their golf clubs, fools.
Did you have problems prior to this? Your OP seems to indicate the only change was the switch, with soft pedal after. Same as me when I changed mine. Two minute brake bleed a few riding miles apart and no more soft pedal.
Seems odd that the MC went at the same time. And if you pulled the caliper, of course the cylinder would depress, no resistance. That's what the disc is for. I have no clue why you would pull the caliper to bleed it, all you changed was a frickin switch, my friend. Buck up, you can do it.
